Monthly Pro-Membership Refund Policy

Monthly Membership Subscription: You can request a full refund within the first initial 14 days of membership. Thereafter, cancel anytime prior to the next month's billing cycle to cancel membership and not be billed for the following month.

Verification Fee: Since our Verification process is very hands-on and we have people checking the information you provide to verify it the Verfication fee is non-refundable once we begin the process. The verfication begins on the next business day from when you enroll.

Annual Membership Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within the first initial 14 days of membership. Thereafter, you can cancel anytime prior to the next annual  billing cycle to cancel your membership and not be billed for the following year.
